In the reading of 'How to Tam a Wild Tongue' it explains the different struggles one has to go through to basically make everyone around them happy. Being bilingual or even trilingual isn't as easy as one thinks. I myself that am bilingual i need to know what language is right for what location, for what group of people i am with, and even what situations i am in. Many judge us just by hearing us speak the language that according to them is wrong, but what they don't realizes that all my languages such as tone, vocabulary, body language, face expression are all right no matter what. Nobody has the right to come up to me and judge me for the way am speaking in. Jamila Lyiscott says in her video " Sometimes I fight back 2 tonges to use 1 in the classroom" this statement shows what a bilingual or even trilingual person need to go through on an everyday bases.
