     My Organization is requesting $150 million in order to aid our efforts in combating animal overpopulation and homelessness. 75% of it will go to the physical efforts, or the actual rescuing, spaying and neutering of the animals, and 25% will go to educating individuals about the dangers of an unaltered animal.
