U.N. Proposal

Summary:

I will use all 150 million towards public awareness of the possible dangers of genetically modified foods, and to help pass legislation in our government to label these foods.

Organization or Representative Description & Details:

I will pull a group of subject matter experts together that support my views. They would consist of private organizations and government officials. 

Social Issue Background:

I will explain the possible relations between GM foods and numerous food allergies, cancers and neurological diseases. 

Also the stats of the American people who are against them and who want the chance to choose not to eat them

Project Description:

I would propose a year long campaign of awareness against GM foods.

The success or failure would be measured on polls taken prior to the campaign against polls taken after. 

Success would also be measured by legislation being proposed and passed in the United States.

Project Timeline:

First month polls would be taken to see where the nation stands.

Second to ninth month would be the effort to bring more awareness to the public. 

The tenth to twelfth month of the year would be follow up polls and proposed legislation.

Budget:

Public events-20% of funding

Commercials ads-50% of funding

Radio ads-20% of funding

Personnel-10% of funding
