Rehabilitation
Complex Center
1. Proposition
My proposition would be a Rehabilitation
Complex Center, were we would provide a rehab center to drug addicts more
specific heroin addicts. We will create a friendly environment for all types of
people suffering from drug addictions. Also we will train all of the people
with job training so that they can fully sustain themselves once they complete their
rehabilitation so they can start working again and move on straight with their
normal lives.

Issue Background
Heroin is one of the most used hard drugs
in society today. Heroin is related to morphine and codeine, since all three
are derived from the opium poppy plant. Milky sap like opium is first removed
from the pod of the poppy flower. This opium is refined to make morphine, then
further refined into different forms of heroin. Most Heroin is injected,
creating additional risks for the user.

Buy Land and work permits

Buy medical supplies: needles, medicine, etc.

Hire Personnel:
Doctors, nurses, counselors, personal, etc.

Create jobs for the addicts
·
Have rehab centers
